Well-Designed Wireless Reading Device

By Helen Brown

When someone talks about well-designed products, Amazon will always be named on the list. The moment it released the Kindle Reader, which changed the perspective of reading, its already established name even rose higher. Awesome features and unique capabilities are its weapons in the battle against the other wireless reading devices in the market.

Many are pleased with its pages which are designed as real ink and paper. For better reading, this feature was actualized through its enhanced E Ink technology. Furthermore, its capabilities were all made for everyone's convenience. Downloading books real fast anywhere in the country, no matter what the time is, will be experienced by all users. Another thing, Whispernet was developed so that connecting to hotspots for internet connection will not be necessary anymore.

Not a long time ago, the latest generation of Amazon's wireless reading device came out to the market. Its capabilities are more updated than the older versions, and even from the other brands. The screen display has a size of 6 inches, diagonally. It measures 7.5 x 4.8 x 0.335 inches and is very lightweight at 8.5 ounces only. This item's use of 600 x 800 pixels resolution makes the texts clear for reading as well.

Furthermore, it lets you store up to 3500 books to its expanded internal storage of 4 GB. Hence, you no longer have to worry about having to carry a lot of those heavy paperback books everytime you want to read them. Such feature is likewise advantageous for those who love to travel. Plus it's designed with longer battery life which is proven to survive for up to a month before it has to be recharged. Its recommended charge time is 4.5 hours.

Another cool feature of this product is its free 3G wireless connectivity. Through this, there's no need for you to pay per month just to use its wireless connection wherever you are. In the US, AT & T is a counterpart of Amazon for this service, while other network providers support it overseas.

Also preloaded into this Electronic Book Reader are its dictionaries, a microphone and stereo speakers, plus some free content sampling of eBooks, web-browsing, wireless service, document conversion and trial subscription to newspapers, magazines, and blogs. Not to mention, its text-to-speech capability which gives it the ability to read everything out loud for you. With these and more, this item is indeed the best thing that you can give to yourself or to someone else you love.
